Michelin Stars in DC

So, it’s my goal to go to as many Michelin starred restaurants as I possibly can. The new list for Washington DC is out, so, I have updated my list of places that I want to go to:

The Inn at Little Washington: Been there, loved it. Was hungry on the ride home, so, I ended up at Kabob Palace near DCA with my driver before I got back to the hotel.

Pineapple and Pearls: Get the caviar ice cream. It’s amazing.

Fiola: Get the lobster ravioli. (hell, go to Fiola Mare and get the same Lobster Ravioli, but, ask if they’ll just make an assembly line of them and cart them directly into your mouth. You’ll thank me for this one!)

Gravitas: On my list, but, I don’t think I’ll be able to get a reservation anytime soon.

Little Pearl: Loved the food, meh with the service.

minibar, Bresca, Kinship, The Dabney, Komi, Masseria, Maydan, Metier, Rose’s Luxury, Sushi Nakazawa, Sushi Taro, Tail Up Goat: On my list of places to see in the next year or so.
